Erin at the reception is great! Great hotel, will definitely come back!

The rooms ares spacious, the staff is super nice and its location is great, facing Souq Waqif!

This time, our room smelled a little moldy , our experience in the past in the east wing was better. Will ask for a room there next time.

nice hotel in great location

the staff was very friendly and willing to provide an excellent service. The location close to the souq waqif was perfect for a short stay in Doha. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

for a hotel in this category I would have expected more attention to cleanliness. The curtains in the room are old and dirty, the balcony was also dirty as were the cushions and pillows outside. In the pool area there were bird droppings everywhere (which have clearly not been cleaned up for several days if not months).

Just right next to Souq Waqif, Al Najada Doha by Tivoli offers guests with fabulous experience while in Doha. Huge building with very spacious, clean and beautiful rooms. Excellent staff service. I will definitely return.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited.

I am usually to lazy to write hotel review but I will make an exception here. The staff is amazing, polite,, smiling all the time, helpful, we felt welcomed from the minute we entered the hotel. The room was beautiful, and the bed... omg the BED ! the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Location is perfect for those who want visit souq waqif. I wish all the hotels in the world were like this !!! Strongly recommend !

The super friendly staff, the view from our room towards the Souq and the Doha skyline, the swimming pool, the comfortable rooms and beds including nice espresso coffee. In short, we just had a great stay on a long layover at Doha airport.

Nothing really. We didn't have a bath in the bathroom but that was not really an issue.

Exceptional hotel located near Souq Waquif.

Exceptional hotel located near Souq Waquif. I was offered very early check-in option free of charge, whereas other hotels in Doha charge for that or don’t offer such service. My room was super spacious and with everything that is needed during a business trip. The breakfast was excellent – the selection was very wide and everything was fresh and delicious. I would especially like to thank Mr Yassine (for the very attentive and exceptional check-in), Mr Othman (for the very attentive and exceptional check-out) and the F&B Manager at the Hotel’s restaurant Canela (Mr Ayman) for extremely attentive approach to hotel’s guests. I definitely recommend staying in Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli if you are expecting the highest quality/price ratio.

Great Doha experience

The location being a walking distance from the Souk market, the hop on hop off bus. The staff members were an absolute brilliant. From the moment I stepped out of the taxi from the airport to my departure 2 days later at 4am they made you feel welcome and at home. Nothing seemed a bother. Special mention Patrick, Ben, Colleen and Ahmed.

Wonderful location with very kind staff!

The breakfast had a wonderful array of options. The hotel itself is brand new with construction still ongoing in the nearby area. The rooms are adorned with beautiful traditional geometric art and thoughtful touches.

The staff is still trying to learn the routine, checking in and checking out took some wait time. The shower in the bathroom was not grouted well and the drain was extremely slow. Due to our short stay, we did not report it to the front desk.

Good location if you want to see Doha walking

Firstly, the location is amazing. Just a few steps from the Souq Waqif, and then to Corniche, Museum of Islamic Art. I believe it is the best possible location for a short stay in Doha. Secondly, the staff was very attentive and I was really touched that they could remember my name everywhere I went - at the reception, at the restaurant, at the valet parking service. Thirdly, they have Nespresso machine in the room.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The lobby, the rooms, everything. The staff was incredible nice, specially Othman who took a great care of us. Location is also fantastic, just 2 minutes walking from Souq.
